Newton’s Saddlerack hosting romantic Valentine’s Day dinner; think lobster, chocolate, champagne.

If the hope of a perfect Valentine’s Day has you dreaming about a romantic dinner, this bit of news is just for you.
Newton’s Saddlerack, located in downtown Stephenville, is hosting a special four-course dinner on Feb. 14 that will include lobster consume, spinach salad with strawberries, goat cheese, bourbon candied pecans and balsamic vinaigrette, pan-seared filet with lobster bearnaise, roasted fingerling potatoes and a fresh vegetable.
The dessert will be Chef Mike Newton’s choice, but he tells me it will definitely involve chocolate followed by a champagne toast.
