New cases of COVID-19 keep coming in the double digits. Here’s the latest.

Erath County officials released the latest numbers in the fight against COVID-19 on Thursday.

The report states that 14 new cases were diagnosed on Wednesday; 10 in Stephenville, two in Dublin and two in the county, bringing the total to 597 with 110 of those still considered active.

There are now five local deaths blamed on the virus and 482 estimated recoveries.

So far the new cases haven’t required hospitalizations. That number appears to be holding

steady at 23.
