‘Ms. Penny’ endorses Chad Elms for SISD Board of Trustees.

It is with much enthusiasm I am endorsing Chad Elms for Place 3 on the Stephenville ISD School Board.
Chad was raised in Stephenville in a family where faith, family, education and patriotism were values taught and lived.
He and his wife continue to live these same values as they raise their son, a student in SISD.
I was fortunate to teach Chad in Sunday School and at Stepping Stones Day School. I followed his journey through Stephenville ISD where he displayed outstanding leadership and citizenship. His formal education was completed with a BS degree from Tarleton and a Masters in Physical Therapy from the UT Health Science Center.
He and his wife then established a successful physical therapy business before choosing to return to his hometown to raise their son and be closer to family.
As a member of the school board, Chad will bring an appreciation for patriotic and traditional education, business experience and a conservative fiscal approach to the use of taxpayer dollars and a belief that every child has talents.
Chad will always be willing to visit with the citizens of Stephenville and Erath County concerning any questions or issues that may arise.
