More local hospitalizations as new Covid cases continue to rise; active number reaches 440.
Just after midnight on Thursday, Erath County officials released the latest numbers related to Covid-19.
The data shows 31 new cases, bringing the total number of active cases to 440.
Of those active cases, 260 are in Stephenville, 77 in Dublin and 103 in the county.
The number of hospitalizations at Texas Health Stephenville has risen to 22.

Meanwhile, Texas Health Resources is preparing to host a mobile vaccine clinic at SISD’s Bond Auditorium in Stephenville.
The clinic will administer the Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine to anyone 12 and older from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 22.
Priority will be given to those who are 50 and older and have health issues that put them at an increased risk of developing severe Covid.
