Moo-La Fest arrives in Stephenville with a weekend packed with fun!
The weekend is officially here and so is Stephenville’s annual Moo-La Fest!
The fun begins at 5 p.m. Friday with mini golf tournaments, a rodeo zone, ax throwing, mobile learning barn and carnival (which opens at 4).
Music in the park kicks off at 7 p.m. with Scott Kirby followed by a Guy Clark tribute.
The fun continues Saturday morning with Moo-ve It, a 5K, 10K and one-mile fun run.
Runners competing in the 10K will start at 8 a.m.; walkers/runners in the 5Kwill start at 8:15 and the one-mile fun run (strollers welcome) begins at 8:30.
Early registration is over, but you can still sign up on Saturday for $30.
Gates to Moo-La Fest open at 10 a.m. with a full slate of activities (mutton bustin’ starts at 6 p.m.).
More live music continues at 7 p.m. when Scott Kirby opens for Michael Martin Murphey.
