Lucky Vines is harvesting grapes Saturday and you’re invited. Volunteers will be rewarded with wine
If you have ever wanted to take part in the wine-making process, now’s your chance.
Lucky Vines Vineyard & Winery will harvest its Tempranillo grapes on Saturday and you’re invited to help.
“We will meet at the winery at 6:30 a.m. and we should be done by 11,” said Kimberly Hutchins who owns the vineyard with her husband Jeff. “Our volunteers will get to help us celebrate the end of harvest with some wine and frozen Sangria.”
After the grapes are picked they will be taken for processing, then aged in a barrel for 24 months.
Then the 2020 Vintage Tempranillo will be bottled and ready to enjoy!
