It’s time to nominate a local law enforcement official for April’s Hometown Hero award.

Do you know a law enforcement official whose dedication to the profession is worthy of public recognition?

If so, now’s your chance to nominate them for April’s “Hometown Hero” award, sponsored by Leslie Walker Farmers Insurance Agency.

Officers, deputies, investigators and officials with the Stephenville, Dublin and Tarleton police departments, Erath County Sheriff’s Office and Department of Public Safety are eligible to be nominated.

The nominations will be evaluated by a panel of judges and the winner will receive a certificate of appreciation, gift basket and goodies for their co-workers.
