It’s time to nominate a healthcare professional for June’s Erath County Hometown Hero award.

Do you know a nurse, doctor, dentist or other healthcare professional whose dedication to their patients is worthy of public recognition?

If so, now’s your chance to nominate them for June’s Hometown Hero award sponsored by Leslie Walker Farmers Insurance Agency.

Please include information about the healthcare professional you are nominating as well as your name and phone number.

The deadline for submissions is June 5.

Nominees must work in Erath County.

The nominations will be evaluated by a panel of judges and the winner will receive a certificate of appreciation, gift basket and treats for their coworkers.
