Hey Tarleton grad! Celebrate your graduation with lunch at Newton’s Saddlerack on Friday.

Newton’s Saddlerack in downtown Stephenville is celebrating Tarleton State University’s summer graduation by opening for lunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11.

The menu will include crawfish bites, fried artichoke, house and Caesar salad, 8-oz filet, chicken fried New York strip, salmon piccata, chicken chipotle pasta and delicious desserts like crème brûlée, honey whiskey bread pudding, Reese’s peanut butter cup cheesecake, flourless chocolate torte and carrot cake.

How’s that for a proper graduation celebration?

The restaurant is open to the public on Friday (not just for grads), but you should consider making a reservation if you plan to go.
