Free class at Senior Center focuses on the 10 warnings signs of Alzheimer’s.

The community is invited to a free class this week to learn more about Alzheimer’s.

The “10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s: Is it normal aging or something more,” will be held from 1:30-3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Stephenville Senior Center.

The class will focus on how to recognize signs of the disease, how to approach someone about memory concerns, the importance of early detection, benefits of a diagnosis, tests and assessments and resources.

There is no cost to participate in the event, which is sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association, Texas A&M AgriLife and Erath Engaged.
