Another batch of that rare powdery goodness is on its way to North Texas and there’s only one responsible thing to do: Make snow ice cream!
This super easy recipe includes 4 simple ingredients you likely already have, but if you don’t there is still time to make a run to the store before the snow begins to fall on Sunday!
So get your cold weather gear ready, Erath County!

WHAT YOU NEED:
• 1 cup milk (any kind) or evaporated milk
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pinch of salt
• 4 cups clean snow
• Sprinkles
HOW TO MAKE SNOW ICE CREAM
In large bowl, whisk milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until well combined.
Scoop up fresh (clean) snow and immediately stir it into the milk mixture until you reach the desired consistency.
It melts quickly so act fast!
And whatever you do, don’t forget the sprinkles!
