Erath County grand jury indicts 19, including woman accused of assaulting peace officer.

An Erath County grand jury indicted 19 people on a variety of charges Thursday, including a woman accused of slapping a Stephenville police officer during an arrest.
Lolly Ann McCoy was indicted for assaulting a peace officer, a second degree felony, from an incident stemming from July 30.
According to the arrest warrant, officers responded to McCoy’s residence for a disturbance call.
“As Officers were attempting to make the arrest, defendant (McCoy) then slapped an Officer on the left side of their face,” the warrant states.
“Defendant was able to be placed into handcuffs and placed under arrest for Interfere w/Public Duties and Assault on Peace Officer.”
This isn’t the first time McCoy has been in trouble.
In 2024, she was charged with assault on a public servant and in 2008 she was charged with public intoxication.

• Geoffrey Calvin Earl for driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third degree felony.
• Antonio Espinoza Jr. for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a second degree felony
• Sean Thomas Fuller for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony
• Jose Martin Galvan for driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third degree felony.
• Xavier Gonzalez for two counts of credit or debit card abuse, both state jail felonies.
• Bruce Lemuel Gregory Jr. for two counts of possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a second degree and state jail felony.
• Geoff Alexander Gregory for possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (in drug free zone), a first degree felony
• Janet Lea Henley for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.
• Jason Logan for possession of a substance in penalty group, a second degree felony.
• Zachary Luciano Moreno for possession of a substance in penalty group, a state jail felony.
• William John Mullin for manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), a first degree felony.
• Misty Renea Powers for driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third degree felony.
• Justin Michael Rue for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third degree felony.
• Julio Cesar Sanchez-Tamayo for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.
• William Chance Sherman for two counts of possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree and state jail felony.
• Brendon Michael Vivian for manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), a first degree felony, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (enhanced), a third degree felony, and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, (enhanced), a state jail felony
• Elizabeth Louise Willett for two counts of possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), both third degree felonies.
