Erath County grand jury indicts man accused of causing accident that killed mother of 4.

A man accused of causing an accident that killed a mother in April has been indicted by an Erath County grand jury.
Fernando Robledo Aguilar was indicted for collision involving death, manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide, two second degree felonies and a state jail felony.
He is being held at the Erath County Jail without bond.
Others indicted last week include:
• Carlos Juan Alvarado for obstruction or retaliation, a third degree felony.
• Cody Hunter Cavanaugh for assault family violence with previous conviction, a third degree felony.
• Fred Flores Chacon for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third degree felony.
• Sebastian Facio for criminal mischief $2,500 < $30,000, a state jail felony.
• Steve William Melton for theft $150,000 < $300,000, a first degree felony.
• Angela Miroslav for theft $2,500 < $30,000 and financial abuse of elderly $2,500 < $30,000, a state jail felony and third degree felony.
• Stanley Moses Skinner for driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.
• Gracie Lane Yates for intoxication manslaughter and injury to a child, a first degree felony and state jail felony.
