An Erath County grand jury has indicted nine people on a variety of charges ranging from drug possession and DWI to theft and assault on a public servant.
Here’s a look at the official list released last Friday by Erath County District Attorney Alan Nash’s office.
• Jeremy Wayne Alexander was indicted for assault on a public servant, a third degree felony.
• Tristan Michael Brown for unlawful possession of a firearm (by a felon) and tampering with/fabricating evidence, both third degree felonies.
• Tony Glen Eldridge for DWI (third or more offense), a third degree felony.
• Hannah Cherie Harp for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.
• Carlos Hernandez for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.
• Heather Elizabeth Killingsworth for two counts possession of a substance, a state jail felony and third degree felony.
• Kasey Reynolds for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.
• Desiree Peaches Wilson for theft of property ($2,500-$30,000), a state jail felony.
• Ollie Leona Wright for DWI with a child passenger, a state jail felony.
