Cook less, relax more: Casseroles To-Go is making your life a little easier this month.
Let’s face it, all this cooking we’ve been forced to do the past few months is getting old.
And we are running out of ideas on what to make.
That’s why you should step out of the kitchen and let Casseroles To-Go take over a little of the meal prep.
Owner Lori Lesley said she is opening the drive-thru business from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. every Wednesday and Thursday in August.
“We are excited to see our customers again and treat them to a day off from cooking,” Lori said.
For busy families ready to start a new school year, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
Here’s what you can order: Cowboy pasta, beef enchiladas with red sauce, beef stroganoff, baked ziti, pizza pasta, king ranch chicken, chicken enchiladas with green sauce, chicken and wild rice and creamy chicken alfredo.
Family size is $25 and single portions are $6.25.
And for more yum, top off the meal with a sopapilla cheesecake, key lime pie, peach cobbler or strawberry cake.
