If you haven’t managed to reserve a seat at one of the last two popup dinners hosted by Chef Mike Newton, you are getting another chance.
Chef Newton is hosting an Italian-style dinner at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, at The Cellar in Stephenville. (Doors open at 6.)
The four-course meal will come with a complimentary adult beverage (it’s also BYOB so don’t forget the Chianti!) and the cost per person is $125.
Reservations can be made at cowboychefnewton.com, and remember, there are only a limited number of seats available.

MY EXPERIENCE
The Husband and I enjoyed Chef Newton’s first popup at The Cellar in August.
Cooking for a sellout crowd, the chef presented a dizzying display of dishes that included his distinct flair for Texas cuisine.
The five-course meal included an ahi tuna tower, crawfish bisque, lobster salad and beef tenderloin followed by a decadent chocolate mousse.
It was an amazing evening of great food, fantastic friends and a beautiful setting.
Newton’s Cellar in Stephenville will open to the public in November.
