It appears that I am set to be the hostess with the mostest for the third year in a row thanks to this fancy winter cocktail I’ve mastered.
The Brandy Ice.
If you’ve never enjoyed one of these, you’re missing out.
This holiday cocktail made with Blue Bell vanilla ice cream quickly became a fan favorite in our home a few years ago.
The festive cocktail is perfect for a crowd.
Here’s the recipe to make Brandy ice for two:
1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream (I use Blue Bell of course.)
2 tbsp brandy
2 tsp crème de cocoa
2 tsp chocolate liqueur
Let the ice cream soften for a bit.
Place everything in a blender, pour into a pretty glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Then sit next to your Christmas tree and sip.
This next version is for a crowd. (It serves six.)
½ gallon Blue Bell vanilla ice cream
½ to 2/3 cup Brandy
1/2 cup Creme de Cacao
1/2 cup chocolate liqueur
To add a little fancy to these drinks, top with whipped cream or a cute cookie!
