Authorities locate teen runaway in Arlington apartment. She is safe.
A 13-year-old Stephenville girl with a history of running away was located at an apartment in Arlington on Thursday afternoon, nearly a month to the day she was reported missing.
“We are happy to report that Kaylee Cagle has been located unharmed,” Lt. James Gresham told Beneath the Surface News.
Kaylee was found after investigators with the Texas Attorney General’s Office responded to a tip.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children joined the effort to find the teen after her father reported her missing on Sept. 23.
The circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain under investigation.
