Atwoods Ranch & Home Goods is coming to Stephenville. And it’s a big one.
Atwoods Ranch & Home Goods is coming to Stephenville and the new retailer is going to be big.
The 63,000 square foot store will come with a look that is uniquely Stephenville (think hay and garden center), according to Jeff Sandford, president of the Stephenville Economic Development Authority.
“The Atwoods brand is synonymous with quality and boasts a very large selection, particularly in the ranch and home goods sector. This family owned and operated business will be a welcomed addition to our growing retail market,” Sandford said.
“SEDA has enjoyed working with their team in establishing their new-look concept for Stephenville. A tremendous amount of credit for this project goes to the city and their continued commitment to assist new investment in our area. They continue to make development an inviting process for investors.”
Atwoods is headquartered in Enid, OK and has more than 75 stores in five states.
Work on the 12-acre site located on U.S. Hwy. 281 is already underway.
