As a teacher, businessman and community member, Amauri Martinez will serve the needs of each student
It is with great pleasure that I endorse Amauri Martinez for SISD School Board Place 4. I have known Amauri as a co-worker and friend for about 20 years.
I met Amauri at Stephenville High School. His classroom was down the hall from mine. He taught computer networking and computer repair, and he was a great teacher.
Amauri was always willing to assist teachers struggling with technology, and I was one of those teachers. He left public school teaching for an incredible opportunity to continue enriching his technology career at FMC Technologies.
However, education continues to be a large part of his life as he is married to an extraordinary educator, and Amauri continues to teach online classes.
Amauri's professional and personal experiences in the Texas public school system, higher education, and working for a global oil and gas company have given him insight and the necessary knowledge to move SISD forward and help resolve the current challenges.
He is educated, well-spoken, and a graduate of Tarleton State University with bachelor's and master's degrees. Amauri makes decisions based on facts and will add diversity to the SISD school board.
Without a doubt, Amauri Martinez is the most qualified person to run for Stephenville ISD School Board Place 4.
As a teacher, a businessman, and an active community member, Amauri will serve the needs of every student every day!
In all he does, Amauri exemplifies honesty, fairness, and thoughtfulness. He will use those qualities to create the best environment for our students and staff.
