A 17-year-old shooting suspect remains in the Erath County Jail on a $225,000 bond.
Diego Delacruz was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/family violence in what authorities say began as a domestic disturbance at a residence in Erath County Friday night.
Three people, including one juvenile, was injured in the shooting; all victims are being treated at various hospitals.
Delacruz is being held on a $75,000 bond for each count.
He was arrested in October 2023 for criminal mischief.
