Have a sweet tooth, but watching your weight? This dessert has 145 calories and is super delish.

Updated: Apr 9

We are not big dessert people, but every Wednesday I make a light snack to munch on while we watch Survivor.

When the kids were young and still living at home, I would make monkey bread while we watched our favorite reality TV show, but my waistline now dictates a low-calorie dessert, and when I found this on TikTok, I had to give it a try.

It’s a cinch to make and only packs 145 calories per serving.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED

One Mission Zero tortilla (the super small ones)

Halo Top ice cream (I like vanilla bean or sea salt caramel)

Smucker’s sugar free caramel sundae syrup

Monk Fruit sweetener

A dash of cinnamon

Olive oil spray

HOW TO MAKE IT

Use a knife to make a slice into a tortilla from the center to the outer edge. (It should look like a little Pac Man.)

Spritz a little olive oil on the tortilla and sprinkle with a light dusting of sweetener and cinnamon.

Fold to form a little cup and place into a muffin tin; bake at 400 degrees for five to 10 minutes, until lightly brown.

The grand finale!

(It will harden to become a little bowl.)

Fill tortilla (25 calories) with a small scoop of Halo ice cream (75 calories) and top with one tbsp. caramel (45 calories).

This little gem has fried ice cream vibes and it’s delish!

Give it a try and let me know what you think.
