I read about this steak topper in one of Grady Spears' cookbooks and tried it one night with my wife. It’s been a favorite of ours ever since.

This cilantro butter can be used on meats, baked potatoes, as a dip and on corn on the cob.

But we like to on steak.

Once the steaks are about a minute away from being pulled off the grill, simply put a pat of butter on top and let it melt.

It’s delicious.

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT:

Set out two sticks of salted butter for about an hour to soften.

Finely chop a good amount of cilantro (sorry, I'm horrible about measuring) and squeeze the juice from two limes.

Using a mixer with a paddle, add all three ingredients and mix until well blended.

Spread the butter on butcher or parchment paper and roll into a log so that you can twist the ends of the paper.

Then set in the refrigerator to harden.

A huge part of learning to play GeoGuessr is understanding Google Street View coverage. Some countries have full coverage while others have almost none. Knowing this makes guessing easier because you can eliminate places that don’t use Street View.
