How does a piping hot bowl of lobster bisque sound? Or maybe a lobster grilled cheese, taco, quesadilla or tail is more your style.

Locals will get a chance to dine on all things lobster when the world famous Cousins Maine Lobster rolls into Stephenville at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 20.

The food truck will set up in front of Blue-Eyed Buffalo on the Erath County Courthouse Square until 7 p.m. (or the food runs out).

KayLee Pemberton, design director of Blue-Eyed Buffalo, told Beneath the Surface News that College Street will be closed for the day.

“We will set up tables, chairs and benches so people have a place to sit,” KayLee said. “And, of course, there will be to-go orders.”

The event is not a fundraiser; it’s simply something the store’s owner and management team wanted to bring in for the community.

“It’s something good to eat on a Monday,” KayLee said.

Blue-Eyed Buffalo will be open all day Monday for those who still need to do a little shopping.

“There is still time to stop by for Christmas, so come in and say hi,” KayLee said.
