Reel in your tickets to Tarleton Association of Professional’s fish fry benefiting the Bass Club.

If a plate of perfectly battered catfish, fries and hushpuppies sound good, make plans to attend a fish fry from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, hosted by Tarleton Association of Professionals.

Proceeds from the event, which will be held in the parking lot of Memorial Stadium, will benefit the Tarleton Bass Club.

TAP is a fantastic organization made up of professionals who love Tarleton State University. You do not have to be a graduate of the university to become a member.

I joined TAP last year and I can’t tell you how much fun it’s been getting involved with such a tremendous organization.

Aside from meeting other like-minded business professionals, TAP hosts a number of fun events throughout the year like tailgates and mixers.

In February, TAP members presented three Tarleton organizations with additional funding: Friends of the Tarleton Pantry received $5,000; Tarleton Careers received $3,000 and Tarleton Bass Club received $2,000.
