Post workout lunch: This Greek-inspired cottage cheese bowl has 30 grams of protein.


If you know me, you know that I’m always on a diet.


And with The Daughter getting married in less than six months and a son getting married next year, it’s time to double-down on these last stubborn 10 pounds.

So I’m switching up my diet with high-protein, low calorie meals, and found this Greek-inspired recipe on TikTok.


It’s made with cottage cheese (which I love) and lots of fresh veggies.


I love it!



Place 1 cup low fat cottage cheese in a bowl and top with diced tomato, cucumber, red onion, avocado, Greek olives, Feta cheese, oregano and a drizzle of olive oil and voilà, you have the perfect post-workout lunch.
