ALL YOU NEED
5 oz white tuna in water
1 hardboiled egg
50 grams diced celery
1 large sweet bell pepper
2 tbsp. lite mayo
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
This is a complete lean and green meal consisting of 1 lean, 3 greens, 1 1/2 healthy fats and 3 condiments.
