I love this simple simmer you can set on the stove during the holiday season to make your home smell wonderful!

The all-natural ingredients are quintessential Christmas scents, and when you heat them on the stove, it releases all those natural smells into the air.

This also makes a really great Christmas gift for friends and neighbors.

WHAT YOU NEED

Oranges, sliced

1 bag fresh cranberries

4 cinnamon sticks

1 tbsp cloves

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla

10 drops Christmas Essential Oil

Large Dutch oven or pot

HOW TO MAKE IT

Fill pot about 2/3 full with water. (Tap water works perfect.)

Add cranberries and oranges first, then the rest of the ingredients.

Turn the burner to medium high and when it starts to bubble, turn down the burner and allow the solution to simmer.

You can actually use this for several days.

At night, turn the burner off and place the pot inside the fridge to keep it fresh. Take it out the next day and simmer again.
