A wedding expo hosted by Megan Lutrick and Jacqui Quirl was such a big hit this spring that they’ve decided to partner for another event.
The Fall Fashion Wedding Expo will be held from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 25, at the Big Red Barn Wedding & Event Center in Stephenville.
Lutrick, a wedding coordinator/owner of V6 Ranch Weddings and Events, and Quirl, the venue coordinator at the Big Red Barn Event Center, said the fall expo will include new vendors and an improved experience.
“We plan to host a wedding expo every spring and fall so brides of every season will have a chance to come,” Jacqui told Beneath the Surface News. “We had about 30 brides and 80 to 100 attendees at the spring expo and over half of our vendors received new bookings.”
Vendors will include bridal shops and tuxedo rentals, florists, bakeries, makeup artists, hair salons, jewelers, wedding planners, bartenders, caterers and DJs.
A map of where each vendor is located will be given to attendees.
“We will also have numerous giveaways throughout the day and drawings for door prizes every 10 minutes,” Megan said.
Pre-sale tickets are $10 and can be purchased by clicking here.
Tickets can also be purchased at the door for $15.
Vendors can sign up to participate for $75 and local businesses are invited to donate items for the giveaways.
The first 100 brides that come through the door will receive a free swag bag.
There will also be a lemonade stand with proceeds benefiting the Erath County Humane Society’s new building fund.
