Fresh pesto and mozzarella add delicious twist to this grilled chicken margherita.

Looking for an easy and tasty dish to serve your family? This recipe for grilled chicken margherita is a cinch to make and sure to be a hit with your family.

 WHAT YOU NEED

 

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thin)

 

Salt pepper to taste

 

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

1 tsp garlic powder

 


1 tsp Italian seasoning

 

4 slices fresh mozzarella

 

½ cup pesto

 

½ cup cherry tomatoes

 

1 tbsp lemon juice

 

½ basil leaves



HOW TO MAKE IT

 

Prepare grilled chicken on blackstone or stove top in a skillet; top with mozzarella and continue to cook another minute until cheese is melted.

 

Serve chicken breast with a spoon full of pesto and top with tomato and basil.
