Erath County officials say number of COVID cases surpass 700.


The number of local cases of COVID-19 hit another milestone this week when Erath County officials reported that the total has reached 711.

On Tuesday, officials reported 13 new cases; 13 in Stephenville and three in Dublin.

The largest group of patients remains in the 20 to 29-year-old range (206) followed by those ages 40 to 64 (184).

Of the 711 cases in Erath County, 400 are female and 300 are male.
