Early voting is officially underway. Here’s what you need to know.
Early voting for the May 7 city election has finally arrived.
Polls will be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, April 25, through Friday, April 29, at the Erath County Courthouse with extended hours from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Monday, May 2, and Tuesday, May 3.
ON THE BALLOT IN STEPHENVILLE
Stephenville Mayor Doug Svien is working to fend off a challenge by local attorney Brady Pendleton.
David Baskett and Dean Parr are vying for place 6 on the Stephenville City Council while Luke Sims and Amauri Martinez are both running for place 4 on the Stephenville ISD Board of Trustees.

Election Day is Saturday, May 7.
