Candidate for Stephenville City Council hosting meet-and-greet this week.

David Baskett is giving voters a chance to get to know him a little better with a meet-and-greet this week at The Shack.
Baskett is running for place 6 on the Stephenville City Council.
The come-and-go event will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 7.
“As I have said many times before, I think the city council should serve as a bridge between citizens and city government and I am ready to start listening so I can begin having conversations with city government now.”
The event will give voters a chance to ask Baskett about his background, qualifications and views on ongoing issues.
Snacks and drinks will also be served.
