Caesar chicken lettuce wraps are perfect for those warm days. And you won’t even miss the tortilla.

With warmer days ahead, light and healthy meals are ideal.

This recipe for Caesar chicken lettuce wraps is easy to prepare so you won’t spend too much time in the kitchen.

And they are so good you won’t even miss the tortilla.


24-27 oz. raw, boneless, skinless chicken breasts (should yield 18 oz. cooked)

2 Tbsp. fat free Caesar salad dressing

1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. oregano

1 Tbsp. olive oil

8 to 12 Romaine lettuce leaves

1 1/2 Tbsp grated reduced fat parmesan cheese (optional)

1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced


Slice chicken into strips and sauté in olive oil until done, place in lettuce leaves.

Top with 1/2 cup tomatoes, sprinkle with 1/2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese.

Feel free to adjust seasonings to taste.
