Big yum! If you like buffalo sauce, these spicy meatballs are for you.

Spicy buffalo sauce makes everything taste better. Ditto for these mouthwatering (and healthy) meatballs.


This easy recipe is a keeper that I bet you love as much as I do.

WHAT YOU NEED


1 lb. ground chicken


2 oz. cream cheese, softened


4 egg whites


2 tbsp. chopped celery

3 tbsp. crumbled low fat blue cheese


1/2 tsp. black pepper


1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce

HOW TO MAKE IT


Combine all ingredients for meatballs in medium bowl; form into about 1-inch balls.


Place them on a greased cookie sheet (with sides) and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.


After 10 minutes, remove from oven and pour 1 tbsp. Frank’s wing sauce on each ball.

Put back in the oven bake for another 12 minutes.


Serve with celery and a side of light blue cheese or light ranch dressing.


Makes 3 servings.
