Back to school help: This easy-to-make turkey wrap is perfect for your kiddo’s lunchbox.

Ahhh. The days of packing school lunches are once again upon us.

We know it can be a struggle finding something healthy and easy to make that your kid will actually eat, so I reached out to Lori Lesley, owner of Casseroles To-Go, for help.

This yummy turkey wrap will keep your little learner full all day long and it fits perfectly into a lunchbox!

Here’s what you need.

One 8-ounce cream cheese

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

6 whole wheat tortillas

1 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

12 slices of (thin) smoked turkey

3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 large tomato (We use Roma.)

1 large avocado

6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

Mix cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth; spread each tortilla with about two tablespoons of the mixture.

Arrange 1/4 cup lettuce on the tortillas and press down. Add two slices of turkey and top with diced tomatoes, thinly sliced avocado and sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese.

Roll up and enjoy! Serve with a side of mixed fruit.
